Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday usually between 8am-4pm, and some Saturdays during busier seasons, we rarely ship on federal holidays. Check your confirmation email or order update email for your tracking number. Orders are generally processed within 72 hours. Please note that we are in a location where winter hours may vary due to blizzards and other inclement weather. This may add a day for processing when our staff cannot make it into the shop to process orders due to weather. Pick-up in-store is available as an alternative for those who can drive to Salem.

Shipping costs are determined based on weight and the location we are shipping to. They are calculated by Shopify. If we find a variance on the shipping cost and find that we can ship your items for cheaper, we will refund the difference to you.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. 

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but we will do our best to help resolve these situations whenever possible. Please contact your local office before reaching out to our team.
