Swap 7/19 12pm-4pm at Notch Brewery.
How it works:
STEP 1: Bring your *CLEAN, DRY, & LIGHTLY WORN* goth/punk/alternative clothing, shoes, and accessories to DWYBO at 9 Church St during open hours between 7/6-7/17. Please note: we will not accept: athletic or swimwear, lingerie, heavily damaged or dirty items, pieces that do not fit the vibe of this event, pieces covered in pet hair.
STEP 2: Get your tickets! ITEM TICKETS ARE FREE AND BASED ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE SWAP, NICER/FANCIER ITEMS=MORE TICKETS. Sizes 3X and larger items get DOUBLE the tickets. Swap items can ONLY be dropped off to DWYBO in advance so they can be appraised and sorted, do NOT bring swap items the day of the event at Notch.
STEP 3: Come to Notch on 7/19 and swap your tickets for cool stuff! Bring your own bag to carry home your treasures. Want extra tickets? Didn't drop off anything to swap? NO PROBLEM! Extra item tickets will be available for purchase at the S.W.A.M.P. MEET. ADDITIONAL ITEM TICKETS WILL BE $5/EACH or 10 for $40 (a 100% donation to NAGLY).
STEP 4: Enjoy your new-to-you wardrobe! 100% of the money from this event will be donated to NAGLY along with any leftover clothing and accessories for their gender-affirming closet!
Some important things to note:
- THIS IS A CHARITY EVENT TO BENEFIT NAGLY- It is not a for-profit event.
- ONCE ITEMS HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED IN EXCHANGE FOR TICKETS THEY CANNOT BE RETRIEVED IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND- Sorry, once we've given you tickets for things, we cannot give you the items back.
- DO NOT LOSE YOUR TICKETS- They cannot be replaced.
- WE CANNOT CONTROL THE FLOW OF ITEMS- It's a charity swap event, nothing is guaranteed. First come, first served!
- BE KIND- Don't push or shove others to get to items. We reserve the right to remove you from the event for doing so.
- NO DRESSING ROOMS- There will not be a place to try stuff on.
- BRING YOUR OWN BAGS- We will not be providing bags.
